Valerie Biden Owens, sister of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, will be here on Friday, March 27 to kick off our annual convention! We are so excited and honored to have Ms. Owens as our guest, as she has played a very important role in all of Vice President Biden’s campaigns.

The convention will continue on Saturday, March 28 with a business session, including awards, officer elections, workshops, networking, and other exciting opportunities.
